Accessibility & Inclusion Statement

GoSL Transport · Last updated 8 September 2026

Our commitment to travellers with low literacy, limited data, or a disability, and how to tell us where we fall short.

1. Our commitment

Intercity travel is essential, so the platform must work for travellers who cannot read easily, who use an older phone, or who have limited data or network coverage.

2. What we provide today

  • Read-aloud buttons that speak trip details, fares, times and your ticket out loud.
  • Large tap targets, high-contrast text, keyboard focus states and a dark mode.
  • An installable app that keeps your ticket and recent searches available offline.
  • Descriptive labels for screen readers on interactive elements.

3. Assistance at the terminal

Operators are expected to assist passengers with reduced mobility, to allow a recognised assistance animal, and to help any passenger who cannot present a ticket digitally by looking up the booking number at the desk.

4. Tell us

If something on the platform is hard to use, write to gosltransportation@gmail.com and describe the difficulty and the device you use. Accessibility reports are treated as priority faults.
