Ratings, Reviews & Content Policy

GoSL Transport · Last updated 8 September 2026

Rules for passenger ratings and reviews of operators and drivers, and for any content posted to the platform.

1. Who can rate

Only a passenger with a completed booking on a departure may rate that trip. Ratings are tied to the booking record, which keeps feedback genuine and prevents review spam.

2. Standards for a review

  • Describe your own experience of the trip honestly.
  • Do not include another person's phone number, address or other private details.
  • No abuse, threats, discrimination, obscenity or accusations you cannot support.
  • No advertising, spam or links to other services.

3. Moderation

We may remove a review that breaks these standards, and we may suspend an account that repeatedly posts abusive or fake reviews. An operator can respond to a review but cannot delete it, and cannot offer an inducement in exchange for a rating. Removing a genuine negative review simply because it is unflattering is not permitted.

4. Uploaded content

You keep ownership of a photo or document you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose it was provided — a profile photo on your account, a licence photograph for driver verification, or an operator document for approval review. Verification documents are stored privately and shown only to authorised reviewers.

5. Driver and operator performance

Aggregate ratings feed the driver scorecards and operator reports used by administrators and operators. A sustained low rating, or a pattern of complaints, can trigger a review under the Operator & Driver Policy.
